Account locking policy

Your account will be locked (or possibly even deleted) on the whim of the Benevolent Dictator, who, for the record, is avidly against locking (or deleting) accounts. So... it'd probably be for a really good reason, such as, for instance, you being a low-life spammer, or something along those lines.
