This is an on-going project. System administration never ends!

Things to do at the moment, in rough order of priority, are:

  • Arrange for purchase and integration of progclub.com
  • Get an LDAP server set up and have hope and honesty auth against charity. See Single sign-on
  • Get NFS for users' home directories working. See Single sign-on
  • Get email to progclub.* working
  • Get list@progclub, programming@progclub and admin@progclub lists working. See Mailing lists
  • Get database and web-site backups operational
  • Get system backups operational via slicehost
  • Get user directories public_html working
  • Get automatic user registrations working
