Server upgrade for charity
Our primary administration server charity has been upgraded from 1GB RAM and 40 GB disk to 2GB RAM and 80 GB disk in order to keep pace with our storage needs!

Policy updates
There has been a minor modification to the Contributor License Agreement -- the agreement now specifically includes the gitweb version control system.

New project pcforever
New project: pcforever! This is a caching HTTP gateway.
New infrastructure!
The pcrepo reporting system has been upgraded from ViewVC 1.0.9 to ViewVC 1.1.22. Also the theme has been changed to make things more attractive. There's a query facility too.
