The club is to be run on the whim of the Benevolent Dictator. The position of Benevolent Dictator is nominated by the Directors of Blackbrick, our Benevolent Sponsor. In the event that the Directors of Blackbrick can not reach a consensus, the matter will determined by a vote of the shareholders.
ProgClub has a number of policies that members are expected to abide by.
